Prodware is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support its HR technology solutions. The role involves helping clients adopt and maximize the value of the platform through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Training, HR, Recruitment, or another client-facing role; • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset; • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs; • Experience working with HR software, SaaS products, software implementation, or customer onboarding projects is considered an advantage; • Comfortable delivering training sessions and supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.
软技能
• Knowledge of HR and Recruitment processes and best practices; • Experience working in an international environment; • Additional language skills (German, French, or Spanish) will be considered a strong advantage.
