Customer Success Specialist
About the role
Prodware is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support its HR technology solutions. The role involves helping clients adopt and maximize the value of the platform through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Who we're looking for
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Training, HR, Recruitment, or another client-facing role; • Fluent French language; • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset; • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs; • Experience working with HR software, SaaS products, software implementation, or customer onboarding projects is considered an advantage; • Comfortable delivering training sessions and supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Soft skills
• Knowledge of HR and Recruitment processes and best practices; • Experience working in an international environment;
