- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; the difference is prorated. Annual billing saves 20% on Lite, Professional and Business.
- What happens when I reach my monthly quota?
- Quotas are per seat and pooled at company level. From Professional, you can add top-up credit packs at any time. On Lite, the next step is Professional. Search stays unlimited on every paid plan (fair use).
- Do you have a Startup Program?
- Yes, on the Business plan. The startup rate is set with you during the demo, based on your stage and needs. Startup? Ask about our Startup Program during your demo.
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise is for organizations with 10+ seats on an annual contract: unlimited ATS integrations, advanced search, custom volumes, your own Twilio account, MCP (beta), custom workflows, a dedicated success manager, custom SLAs and a signed DPA. Pricing is custom-quoted on volume and seat count.
