• Which channels can I use to contact candidates: WhatsApp, email, phone?

  WhatsApp, email and phone, from the same interface. It's our signature: multichannel outreach where each candidate is reached on the channel where they're most likely to reply. WhatsApp reaches a 90 % open rate on TrueCalling outreach (TrueCalling internal data, 2026). That's why it's central at TrueCalling.   Yes. The Business plan includes one ATS integration and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited integrations. Sourced candidates and their interactions sync automatically with your existing pipeline. TrueCalling enriches your ATS, doesn't replace it.

  TrueCalling is free for 30 days per company, with no credit card required. Paid plans start at €149 per user per month in the EU with Lite, then Professional at €395 and Business at €595; Enterprise is custom-quoted. Annual billing saves 20%, and prices are set per country. • How long does it take to get started with TrueCalling and get candidates?
